Qualifications
- Application must be complete along with your signature and date.
- Each applicant must be 18+ years of age.
- We must be able to verify employment.
- Each applicant must provide rental references. Phone numbers & addresses must be verifiable. If we can’t verify we can’t accept!
- Owner has right to reject any application.
- Must be able to sign 1-2 year lease.
- A final decision will be made based on all collected information.
- *Unit not reserved until deposit is paid.
- $25 application fee (non-refundable) is required in order to submit application
- Any information provided that is unverifiable or dishonest will be automatic disqualification
- There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee plus $25 per month additional cost if you have pets.
- NO CATS ALLOWED.
- Tenants are responsible for all utilities unless other wise specified in property description.
