Qualifications

• Application must be complete along with your signature and date.
• Each applicant must be 18+ years of age.
• We must be able to verify employment.
• Each applicant must provide rental references. Phone numbers & addresses must be verifiable. If we can’t verify we can’t accept!
• Owner has right to reject any application.
• Must be able to sign 1-2 year lease.
• A final decision will be made based on all collected information.
• *Unit not reserved until deposit is paid.
• $25 application fee (non-refundable) is required in order to submit application
• Any information provided that is unverifiable or dishonest will be automatic disqualification
• There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee plus $25 per month additional cost if you have pets.
• NO CATS ALLOWED.
• Tenants are responsible for all utilities unless other wise specified in property description.
